Foreshape Terms of Service

By using Foreshape you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Foreshape.
2. What Foreshape is (and isn't)
Foreshape is a fitness progress visualization tool. Previews and projected numbers are illustrative estimates based on the data you provide and your own sustained effort. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of results. Results vary by individual. Consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or exercise decisions.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the app's features (generate and display your previews). We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it; only upload appropriate photos of yourself.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload nude, sexual, exploitative, third-party, or non-consensual photos; don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; don't use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in-app (My → Delete Account).
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Foreshape offers an auto-renewing subscription (Foreshape Plus, $9.99/month) and a one-time credit pack (20 previews, $4.99), purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- One preview generates one image at one timeline. A monthly subscription includes a set number of previews per billing period that do not roll over; one-time pack credits do not expire.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we do not separately process payments or refunds.
We may change pricing or what a plan includes on a going-forward basis; changes do not affect a billing period already paid for.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Foreshape is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's illustrative output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to Apple's terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
